Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping: $4.95

Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1 to 3 business days. We don't process orders on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery time

Our products ship from partner warehouses, including some outside the United States. Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. During holidays, bad weather, or customs checks, delivery can take longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start showing updates.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay shipping once.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email snugp26@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.
